About IBSB 2013

The 13th Annual International Workshop on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology is part of a collaboration involving several leading research institutes in the world: Bioinformatics Program, Boston University in US, Research Training Group "Computational Systems Biology" in Germany, Human Genome Center, The University of Tokyo in Japan, and International Research and Training Program on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, Bioinformatics Center, Kyoto University. This student-focused event has been held since 2001 to provide graduate students and junior researchers with opportunities to present and discuss their research objectives, approaches and results in the emerging field of genomics, systems biology and bioinformatics.

Paper Submission

 Please submit abstracts (in PDF without page numbers) to ibsb2013@kuicr.kyoto-u.ac.jp by May 31 June 7 (firm deadline).

Oral Instruction

Long talk: 30 minutes
Short talk: 15 minutes
(including time for questions)
